Version 3.3.2 released on
7/8/2008 as an external release. This release incorporates support for
hierarchical topics.
We have incorporated support for explicit, and implicit,
wildcard-based subscriptions within these hierarchical spaces. The
wildcard operator is *. Thus, if you have a topic such as
Sports/Basketball/Teams/Chicago/Scores that a publisher publishes to,
individual subscribers can specify their subscriptions as:
/Sports, Sports/, Sports OR
Sports/*, Sports/*/*/*/* OR
Sports/*/Teams/Chicago/* , Sports/Basketball/*/Chicago/*, OR
Sports/Basketball/*/*/Scores
And, all of these subscriptions will result in the streams being routed
to the corresponding clients.
